The John Deere 1070E - configured either as a four or six-wheel version - offers a highly ergonomic, agile and productive
harvester especially for early and late thinnings. In addition to the all-new cabin, new TimberMatic automation, new frames and many other improvements, the 1070E features a more powerful 180S parallel boom, new H414 and H412 harvester heads and more powerful working lights. The boom's lifting torque has been increased by 1800 lbf (8 kN) in comparison to 1070D. The H414 and H412 harvester heads have been particularly designed for the mid-sized E-series harvesters and feature excellent power-to-weight ratio and compact size.
